SkidCar System Inc. has made room block arrangements with The Orleans Hotel & Casino which is the Headquarters Hotel. To reserve guest rooms for this event, attendees must be aware of the following:
Room block rates are $35.00 plus tax per night, single or double occupancy, based on the dates of April 5, 6, 7, 8, 2010. There is a mandatory $5.00 per room, per day Resort Fee, allowing access to the Fitness Center, in-room coffee, unlimited local & 800 calls as well as free High-Speed Internet Access in the Business Center.

Please note that attendees must identify themselves with the group name in order to obtain a room reservation under the above mentioned block. Room Reservations Department hours are Monday – Friday from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM Pacific Time, and Saturday & Sunday from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM Pacific Time.

The Orleans Hotel & Casino is located about a mile west of the Strip and I-15 at the corner of Tropicana Avenue and Arville. It features three 22-story hotel towers with 1,885 oversized rooms, including 58 suites. The ground floor of the building features a 140,000-square-foot casino, nine restaurants, a showroom, lounge, specialty bars, and a gift shop. The second floor features the Century Orleans movie theaters, a childcare center, arcade, bowling center and a 40,000 square-foot convention and banquet facility.
POLICIES & CANCELLATION
At the time the reservation is made, the guest will be asked to provide a major credit card or send a deposit for their first night’s room and tax. If a credit card is utilized, it will automatically be charged first night’s room and tax. The Orleans accepts company/personal checks for payment of deposits only and must be received a minimum of thirty (30) days prior to arrival date.
The cut-off date for the SkidCar System Inc. room block is 03/6/10. Any reservations received after this date will be accepted on a “space available” basis. To insure space availability, please secure reservations in a timely manner.
It is a policy at The Orleans Hotel & Casino that each and every guest room be occupied by at least one adult, 21 years of age or older. Photo identification will be required upon check-in. The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or terminate service to any individual(s) at any time that is not in compliance with this policy.
Cancellations on individual room reservations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to the check in time of 3 p.m. on the scheduled date of arrival with no penalty fee. However, any individual who cancels their reservation after this cut-off will be responsible for one night’s room and room tax.

Welcome Reception including Open Bar and Hors D’oeuvres, sponsored by Cedergrens MEK and SkidCar System, Inc. USA.
April 6th & 7th, 2010
Classroom Presentations – Based on the following five types of SkidCar application:
International, Law Enforcement, Fire, Military, and College / Technical / Work Force Training.
Service Clinics – Points to be covered include: Hydraulics, Electrical, and Tire & Wheel Maintenance.
Optional SkidCar Recertification Program – Open to all who wish to attend* for the $75.00 fee. We will offer a "Certificate of Attendance" to persons who attend all sessions, including both the classroom and practical training. We will only offer "Re-certification" to numbered instructors who have been issued a previous SKIDCAR instructor certificate from SKIDCAR SYSTEM, INC.

Optional: SKIDCAR SYSTEM DEMONSTRATION DAY - Interested current and future SKIDCAR SYSTEM customers can drive and learn more about using the SKIDCAR SYSTEM showcasing SUV training and the use of electronic ESP/anti-skid/anti roll-over technologies.
COST & REGISTRATION
Conference: $350.00 per person.
Attendance fee includes Welcome Reception, Breakfasts, Lunches, and final night Gala Dinner in addition to educational Speaker Content and SkidCar Service Clinics.
Optional Instructor Recertification: $75.00 per person.
Open to all who wish to attend. Please note we will only offer "Re-certification" to numbered instructors who have been issued a previous SKIDCAR instructor certificate from SKIDCAR SYSTEM, INC.
